The present invention relates to a heat exchanger using a hollow fiber and a production method thereof and, more specifically, to a heat exchanger and a production method thereof. The heat exchanger consists of a tube of a conventional heat exchanger using a hollow fiber having a fine hole, is easy to produce by including a tank unit formed with a simple structure using a hardener injection mold at both ends, and enables weight lightening while maintaining heat radiating performance of a certain level or more.
본 발명은 중공사를 이용한 열교환기 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 미세한 홀을 갖는 중공사를 이용하여 기존 열교환기의 튜브를 구성하되, 양단에 경화제 주입몰드 이용하여 간단한 구조로 형성된 탱크부를 포함하여 형성되도록 함으로써, 제조가 용이하며, 일정 수준 이상의 방열 성능을 유지하는 동시에 경량화가 가능한 열교환기 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
