The present invention provides an electron transfer device capable of maintaining performance over a long period while suppressing deterioration of a semiconductor. The electron transfer device (11) comprises: a converter (12) converting and outputting alternating current into direct current; a first conductor (14) electrically connected to the converter (12); the semiconductor (21) coupled to the first conductor (14), and including silicon carbide (SiC) particles solidified by a silicon binder; and a second conductor (15) separated from the first conductor (14), and coupled to the semiconductor (21).

    본 발명은 반도체의 열화를 억제하면서, 장기간에 걸쳐 성능을 유지할 수 있는 전자 이동 장치를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 전자 이동 장치(11)는, 교류를 직류로 변환하여 출력하는 컨버터(12)와, 컨버터(12)에 전기적으로 접속되는 제1 도체(14)와, 제1 도체(14)에 결합되어, 실리콘 바인더로 고화되는 탄화규소(SiC) 입자를 포함하는 반도체(21)와, 제1 도체(14)로부터 떨어져 반도체(21)에 결합되는 제2 도체(15)를 구비한다.
