Provided is an apparatus for automatically controlling a vehicle air conditioner which optimally controls an air conditioner system of a vehicle based on a user tendency. The apparatus can comprise: a calculating unit calculating a target estimated temperature corresponding to a current temperature based on user environment setting information accumulated for a predetermined period; and a controller controlling at least one predetermined value among a temperature setting step, a wind speed, a wind direction, and an air circulation type so as to correspond to the calculated target estimated temperature.
