The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for controlling a motor of an electric booster braking system. The apparatus comprises: a duty generation unit (20) for generating a predetermined duty according to a q-axis current control command of a control unit (10); an inverter (30) for driving a motor (40) by generating three-phase current by a duty cycle of the duty generation unit (20); an origin point detection unit (50) for detecting an origin point state of the motor (40); and a zero vector supply unit (60) for inputting a zero vector duty to the inverter (30) when the motor returns to the origin point as a detection result through the origin point detection unit (50).

    본 발명은 전동 부스터 제동 시스템의 모터 제어장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 제어부(10)의 q축 전류제어명령에 따라 소정의 듀티(duty)를 생성하는 듀티생성부(20)와, 상기 듀티생성부(20)의 듀티 사이클에 따라 삼상 전류를 발생시켜 모터(40)를 구동하는 인버터(30)와, 상기 모터(40)의 원점 상태를 검출하는 원점검출부(50)와, 상기 원점검출부(50)를 통해 검출된 결과 상기 모터(40)가 원점으로 복귀한 상태일 때 상기 인버터(30)에 영벡터 듀티를 입력시키는 영벡터 공급부(60)를 포함한다.
