The present invention relates to a system for preventing not getting off a vehicle that a driver or a guardian may recognize and prevent occurrence of a person not getting off a vehicle in a vehicle to prevent accident due to a person not getting off a vehicle in advance, other person confirms a person not getting off a vehicle may quickly and easily lend a hand, and a person not getting off a vehicle may personally get off a vehicle without outside help. The system comprises: a main controller sending a driving signal when a main power switch of a vehicle is detected to be turned off and transmitting a control signal when a sensing signal is received; a person not getting off a vehicle sensor driven to sense the person not getting off a vehicle when the driving signal is received and sending the sensing signal to the main controller when the person not getting off a vehicle is sensed; and a vehicle door control unit controlling driving of a vehicle door driving device to maintain an open state of a vehicle door when the control signal is received.

    본 발명은 운전자 및 기타 보호자가 차량에 미하차자 발생을 인식하고 방지해서 미하차로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지하고 미하차자를 확인한 타인도 신속하고 손쉽게 도움을 줄 수 있으며 외부의 도움 없이도 미하차자 스스로가 직접 차량에서 하차할 수 있도록 하는 미하차 방지 시스템과 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 차량의 메인전원 스위치의 OFF를 감지하면 구동신호를 발신하며, 감지신호 수신 시 제어신호를 발신하는 메인컨트롤러; 상기 구동신호를 수신하면 미하차자 감지를 위해 구동하고, 미하차자를 감지하면 상기 감지신호를 메인컨트롤러에 발신하는 미하차자 감지센서; 상기 제어신호를 수신하면 차량도어가 열림상태를 유지하도록, 차량도어 구동장치의 구동을 제어하는 차량도어 제어유닛;를 포함하는 것이다.
