The present invention relates to a high strength lightweight aluminum wheel using an undercut, which is a vehicle wheel formed with an aluminum material, and comprises: a rim portion forming an edge of the wheel; a hub portion forming a central portion of the wheel, and formed for a shaft to penetrate therethrough; and a plurality of spokes connecting the hub portion and the rim portion. Moreover, an undercut is formed at an internal side in an upper end of the rim portion to reduce the weight of the wheel.

    본 발명은 언더컷을 활용한 고강도 경량 알루미늄 휠에 관한 것으로서, 알루미늄 재질로 형성되는 자동차 휠에 있어서, 상기 휠의 테두리를 구성하는 림부; 상기 휠의 중심부를 구성하며, 축이 관통되도록 형성되는 허브부 및 상기 허브부와 림부를 연결하는 다수의 스포크를 포함하며, 상기 림부 상단 내측에는 언더컷이 형성되어 무게가 저감될 수 있다.
