The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charge and discharge station capable of maximizing the operation cost of the station. The electric vehicle charge and discharge station comprises: a data collection unit for collecting data of an electric vehicle; a charge control unit for generating a control signal based on the data collected by the data collection unit; and a charge unit which performs charge or discharge of the electric vehicle according to the control signal generated by the charge control unit.
