The present invention relates to a thermal welding device for bonding a plastic fuel tank and plastic parts, in which the center of a plastic part (1) clamped to a gripper (10), a center of a part heater (20), and a center of a tank heater (30) are located on a straight line (L1) in the vertical direction based on an initial state before operation. The work to heat a welding surface (1a) of the plastic part (1) only by the vertical movement of the gripper (10) and the thermal welding bonding which moves plastic part (1) in which the welding surface (1a) is heated to a welding portion are possible.

    본 발명은 플라스틱 연료탱크와 플라스틱 부품 결합용 열융착장치에 관한 것으로, 작동 전 초기상태를 기준으로 그리퍼(10)에 클램핑된 플라스틱 부품(1)의 중심과 부품히터(20)의 중심 및 탱크히터(30)의 중심이 수직방향의 일직선(L1)상에 위치하는 구성으로, 그리퍼(10)의 상하방향 이동만으로 플라스틱 부품(1)의 융착면(1a)을 가열하는 작업 및 융착면(1a)이 가열된 플라스틱 부품(1)을 연료탱크(2)의 융착부(2a)로 이동시켜서 열융착 결합이 가능하도록 된 것이다.
