The present invention is to provide s method for manufacturing a fuselage structure which can increase productivity while lowering the weight and production cost of the fuselage. According to the present invention, a method of manufacturing an aircraft fuselage structure using a thermoplastic composite material comprises the steps of: manufacturing a reinforced panel by joining the stringer and skin made of the thermoplastic composite material in an in-situ consolidation method; and assembling the frame and clip made of the thermoplastic composite material to the reinforced panel to form a body structure, and connecting the reinforced panel, frame, and clip to complete the fuselage structure.

    본 발명은 동체의 중량 및 생산비용을 낮추면서도 생산성을 높일 수 있는 동체 구조물 제작방법을 제공하기 위하여, 열가소성 복합재를 이용한 항공기 동체 구조물의 제작방법에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 복합재로 마련되는 스트링거 및 스킨을 인사이투 콘솔리데이션(In-situ Consolidation) 방식으로 접합하여 강화패널을 제작하는 단계 및 상기 열가소성 복합재로 마련되는 프레임 및 클립을 상기 강화패널에 조립하여 동체 구조물 형태를 제작하고 상기 강화패널, 프레임 및 클립을 연결하여 상기 동체 구조물을 완성하는 단계를 포함한다.
