The present invention provides a method for reducing torsional impact of a drive system of an electric vehicle, which applies motor torque while a parking gear is engaged, calculates torsional torque of drive system parts by monitoring a motor speed, applies reverse torsional torque equal to the calculated torsional torque to the drive system parts when the parking gear is requested to be released, and releases the parking gear, thereby reducing impact caused by torsion of the drive system parts when the parking gear is released.
본 발명은 전기자동차의 구동계 비틀림 충격 저감 방법을 제공하고자 한 것으로서, 파킹 기어가 체결된 상태에서 모터토크 인가 및 모터속도 모니터링을 이용하여 구동계 부품의 비틀림 토크를 산정한 후, 파킹기어 해제 요청시 산정된 비틀림 토크 크기와 동일한 역방향 비틀림 토크를 구동계 부품에 인가한 다음, 파킹 기어를 해제하도록 함으로써, 파킹 기어 해제시 구동계 부품의 비틀림에 따른 충격을 저감시킬 수 있도록 한 점에 특징이 있다.
