The present invention relates to a composite material mat for engine encapsulation, in which a mat layer (20) is formed by mixing a glass fiber yarn material with good quality uniformity and usability and good handling and acoustic properties as a fiber-type composite material for sound absorption and insulation properties, and a polyamide fiber (PA) material as a binder fiber for product shape molding. The mixing ratio of the glass fiber yarn and the polyamide fiber constituting the fibrous composite material mat layer (20) is 60:40 to 40:60 wt%. The mat layer has the areal density of 700 to 1200 g/m^2, the weight deviation of - 30 to +50 g/m^2, the thickness of 7 to 13 mm, and the combustibility of 10 mm/min or less.

    본 발명은 엔진 인캡슐레이션용 복합소재 매트에 있어서, 흡차음성을 위한 섬유형 복합소재로서 품질균일도 및 사용성이 양호하고 취급성 및 음향적 특성이 양호케 하는 유리섬유 얀사 소재와 제품형상 성형을 위한 바인더 섬유로 폴리아마이드섬유(PA) 소재를 혼합 사용하여 내열성의 섬유형 복합소재 매트층(20)을 구성하되, 섬유형 복합소재 매트층(20)을 구성하는 유리섬유 얀사와 폴리아미드섬유의 혼합비율이 60:40~40:60 wt% 비율이고, 면밀도가 700~1200 g/㎡, 중량편차가 -30 ~ +50 g/㎡, 두께가 7~13mm, 연소성이 10mm/분 이하로 구성한 것이다.
