Disclosed is a method for connecting communication performed by an electric vehicle receiving power from a power supply device. The method for connecting communication according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a step of scanning a beacon that is broadcasted from a plurality of chargers in a low-level communication method; a step of selecting a beacon signal having a minimum signal attenuation by calculating signal attenuation for a plurality of scanned beacon signals; and a step of establishing a communication connection with an electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) related to a charger that has transmitted the beacon signal having the minimum signal attenuation. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage wherein a configuration of a separate additional hardware is not necessary.
