Disclosed is a vertical take-off and landing air mobility, comprising: a fuselage with boarding space and boarding gates; wings provided on the fuselage; and a plurality of rotors provided on the wings, wherein some of the plurality of rotors are tilting rotors capable of tilting upward or downward for lifting or cruising of the fuselage. Except for the tilting rotor, the rest consists of a lifting rotor for lifting the fuselage.
