An independent suspension (1) for a vehicle, especially to transport a person and/or a material, comprises: a hub (2) defining a rotational axis (R) of a vehicle wheel (3); and an electric motor (4) constituted to rotate the hub (2) by connecting with the hub (2) to be operable. The electric motor (4) is extended along an unfolding direction (S) of the electric motor in parallel with the rotational axis (R) of the hub (2). The independent suspension increases a maximum load capacity of a vehicle while maintaining a level.
