The present invention comprises the following steps. When a gear shift is initiated, the controller calculates a current gear ratio between a current gear shift ratio and a target gear shift ratio. The controller calculates a target motor revolution count by using the current gear ratio. The controller calculates a target motor torque by using the target motor revolution count. The controller controls the motor by the target motor torque. The present invention prevents excessive motor torque or a sudden change of motor torque to improve a fuel efficiency and to secure convenient gear shift.

    본 발명은 변속이 개시되면, 컨트롤러가 현재단 변속비와 목표단 변속비 사이의 현재 변속비를 산출하는 단계; 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 현재 변속비를 이용하여 목표 모터 회전수를 산출하는 단계; 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 목표 모터 회전수를 이용하여 목표 모터 토크를 산출하는 단계; 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 목표 모터 토크로 상기 모터를 제어하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
