The present invention relates to a high-voltage battery mounting structure of a vehicle. The high-voltage battery mounting structure of the vehicle of the present invention comprises: a midplate provided to support a lower side of a battery module from a lower side of a vehicle body; a fastening member which penetrates a space in which the midplate and the battery module are mounted and is fastened to fix the midplate to the vehicle body; a mounting pipe through which the fastening member passes and provided on an upper side of the midplate to support a pressure applied from a lower side of the midplate toward the vehicle body; a mounting support through which the fastening member passes and installed to fix the mounting pipe with respect to the midplate; and aa shield plate coupled to the lower side of the midplate so as to surround a lower coupling unit of the mounting support while allowing penetration of the fastening member. An objective of the present invention is to provide the high-voltage battery mounting structure for the vehicle, designed to sufficiently ensure durability of an electric vehicle.
본 발명은 차체의 하측에서 배터리모듈의 하측을 지지하도록 구비된 미드플레이트; 상기 미드플레이트 및 배터리모듈이 탑재된 공간을 관통하여 상기 차체에 대해 상기 미드플레이트를 고정시키도록 체결되는 체결부재; 상기 체결부재가 관통하며, 상기 미드플레이트 하측으로부터 차체 쪽으로 가하는 압력을 지지할 수 있도록 상기 미드플레이트의 상측에 구비되는 마운팅파이프; 상기 체결부재가 관통하며, 상기 미드플레이트에 대해 상기 마운팅파이프를 고정시키도록 설치된 마운팅서포트; 상기 체결부재의 관통을 허용하면서, 상기 마운팅서포트의 하측 결합부를 감싸도록 상기 미드플레이트의 하측에 결합되는 쉴드플레이트를 포함하여 구성된다.
