According to an embodiment of the present invention, a facility inspection system by an autonomous drone using a QR code is formed on a facility wall surface including a lateral wall, a floor surface, or an upper surface, and may comprise: a QR code in which drone operation information is recorded; and a drone which inspects a facility while flying according to the drone operation information recorded in the QR code formed on the facility wall surface. According to the present invention, the drone inspects the facility while autonomously flying according to the QR code to facilitate continuous maintenance.

    본 발명의 실시 형태는 시설물의 측벽면 또는 바닥면 또는 상부면을 포함하는 시설물 벽체면에 형성되어 있으며, 드론 운행 정보가 기록되어 있는 QR코드; 시설물 벽체면에 형성된 QR코드에 기록된 드론 운행 정보에 따라서 비행하면서 시설물을 점검하는 드론;을 포함할 수 있다.
