A stack frame of the present invention is manufactured by an insert injection molding method and includes a plate, insert hardware integrated with the plate, and a reinforcing member. In the present invention, the rigidity of a vibration vulnerable unit of the plate is strengthened by forming ribs along the outer circumferential surface of the plate, or thickening a body connection unit and a stack mounting unit or an outer portion of the plate. In addition, the rigidity of the vibration vulnerable unit can be strengthened by arranging a reinforcing member with an increased content of glass fiber and a reinforcing member made of carbon fiber in the body connection unit and the stack mounting unit or the outer portion of the plate.

    본 발명의 스택 프레임은 인서트 사출 성형 방법으로 제조되는 것으로, 플레이트, 플레이트와 일체화되는 인서트 하드웨어, 보강 부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에서는 플레이트의 외주면을 따라 리브를 형성하거나, 플레이트의 차체 연결부 및 스택 장착부 또는 외곽 부분을 두껍게 형성하여 플레이트의 진동 취약부의 강성을 강화시킨다. 또한, 플레이트의 차체 연결부 및 스택 장착부 또는 외곽 부분에 유리 섬유의 함량을 높인 강화 부재, 탄소 섬유로 형성된 강화 부재를 배치하여 진동 취약부의 강성을 강화시킬 수 있다.
