A collision avoidance method of a moving object collision avoidance device comprises the steps of: acquiring a driving image of a moving object; recognizing an object in the driving image acquired using a neural network model; calculating a relative distance between the moving object and the object based on the recognized object; calculating a required collision time between the object and the moving object based on the calculated relative distance; and controlling the operation of the moving object based on the calculated required collision time. An object of the present invention is to provide the collision avoidance method of a moving object collision avoidance device that can provide collision warning guidance or control the moving object to be braked when there is a possibility of a collision based on the driving image of the moving object.
