물품 반송(搬送) 설비는, 각 층의 방화 도어(2)에 설치되고, 대응하는 방화 도어(2)를 폐쇄 상태로부터 개방 상태로 개방 구동하는 도어 구동부와, 복수의 도어 구동부를 제어하는 제어부를 구비하고 있다. 제어부는, 복수의 도어 구동부를 제어하여, 전체 방화 도어(2)를 개방하는 전체 도어 개방 제어를 실행 가능하며, 전체 도어 개방 제어에서는, 최상층으로부터 아래층을 향하여 순차적으로, 각 층의 방화 도어(2)를 개방시킨다.
