Disclosed is a lane change detection method using image processing technology. The lane change detection method using image processing technology takes a front image of a vehicle in a travel direction by using a camera (including a dash cam and replaceable) attached on a front of the vehicle and processes an image based on the filmed image to detect a lane change unexpected by a driver to prevent an accident in advance.

    영상처리를 이용한 차선 변경 예측 방법에 대해 개시된다. 자동차의 전방에 부착되어 있는 카메라 (블랙박스를 포함하며 대체될 수 있다) 를 이용하여 차량 진행 방향의 전방을 촬영하고 해당 촬영된 영상을 기준으로 영상처리하여 운전자가 예상하지 못한 차선 변경을 감지해 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 영상처리 기술을 이용한 차선 변경 감지 방법에 관한 것이다.
