The present invention relates to a link arm suspension installation structure for railway vehicles, and more specifically to the link arm suspension installation structure for railway vehicles capable of adjusting rigidity without replacing an elastic joint in response to manufacturing tolerances of the elastic joint and changes in rigidity that occur over time. The present invention to achieve the above object provides the link arm suspension installation structure for railway vehicles that includes a pivot housing, a link arm, an elastic joint, and a clamping block, wherein a wedge block is provided between an axis of the elastic joint and a groove of the pivot housing.
