The present invention relates to a vehicle brake pedal location measuring apparatus and a method thereof. The pedal location measuring apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a vehicle pedal rotated by a driver operation; a wire connected to the vehicle pedal; a wire sensing module connected to the wire and sensing a length at which the wire is pulled; and a pedal location measuring module which measures a location of the vehicle pedal through information sensed by the sensing module. Through a simple process and calculation, the location of the vehicle pedal can be measured in real time.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페달 위치 측정 장치는 운전자 조작에 의해 회동되는 차량 페달; 상기 차량 페달에 연결되는 와이어; 상기 와이어와 연결되어 상기 와이어가 당겨지는 길이를 감지하는 와이어 감지 모듈; 및 상기 감지 모듈에서 감지한 정보를 통해 상기 차량 페달의 위치를 측정하는 페달 위치 측정 모듈을 포함한다.
