The present invention relates to a V2G system control method and a control system linked to an electric vehicle operation plan using a chatbot service, wherein the V2G system control method includes the steps of: checking a current electricity rate plan; checking a vehicle operation plan; calculating required charging or dischargeable amount; charging time and minimum charging fee or discharging time and maximum discharging profit calculation; providing information to a user terminal using a chatbot service; and determining charge/discharge/standby.
