The present invention relates to an LNG fuel supply system employing a HILS-based performance verification function. The LNG fuel supply system includes: an LNG fuel supply unit including an LNG storage tank storing liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel, a pressure build-up unit controlling internal pressure of the LNG storage tank to pressure required for an engine, a vaporizer vaporizing the LNG fuel supplied from the LNG storage tank through the pressure build-up unit at predetermined temperature and pressure such that the fuel can be supplied to the engine, an LNG pipe facility and a plurality of LNG valve facilities connected on the LNG pipe facility; a control panel controlling the operational status of the pressure build-up unit, the vaporizer and the LNG valve facilities; and a hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) system generating verification information by operational status and optimized operation condition information by performing an operation simulation using a virtual model reflecting specifications and characteristics by component included in the LNG fuel supply unit. Therefore, the present invention is capable of securing emergency test and verification data.

    본 발명은 HILS 기반의 성능 검증 기능이 적용된 LNG 연료 공급 시스템에 관한 것으로, LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) 연료가 저장되는 LNG 저장탱크, 상기 LNG 저장탱크 내부 압력을 엔진이 요구하는 압력으로 조절하는 압력조절장치(Pressure Build-up Unit) 및 상기 압력조절장치를 통해 상기 LNG 저장탱크로부터 공급되는 LNG 연료를 기화시켜 일정 온도 및 압력으로 기화시켜 엔진에 공급되도록 하는 기화장치(Vaporizer), LNG 파이프 설비 및 상기 LNG 파이프 설비 상에 연결된 복수의 LNG 밸브 설비를 포함하는 LNG 연료 공급유닛; 상기 압력조절장치, 기화장치 및 LNG 밸브 설비의 작동상태를 제어하는 제어패널; 및 상기 LNG 연료 공급유닛 내 포함되는 구성별 사양 및 특성이 반영된 가상 모델을 이용해 운영 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 운영상황별 검증 정보 및 최적화 운영 조건 정보를 생성하는 HILS(Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation) 시스템;을 포함한다.
