The purpose of the present invention is to calculate the distance-to-empty of an electric vehicle by considering the air conditioning system operating tendency of a driver and thus relieve the driver's anxiety. An apparatus for calculating the distance-to-empty of an electric vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a first calculation unit for, when calculating the distance-to-empty, calculating a driving distance deduction value according to a driver's operating pattern among a plurality of operating patterns for an air conditioning device and an external temperature; and a second calculation unit for calculating the distance-to-empty by subtracting the driving distance deduction value according to the driver's operating pattern and the external temperature from an estimated distance-to-empty.
본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 전기 자동차의 주행 가능 거리 연산 장치는 주행 가능 거리 연산시, 공조 장치에 대한 복수의 작동 패턴 중 운전자의 작동 패턴 및 외기 온도에 따른 주행 거리 차감값을 구하는 제1 연산부와, 추정된 주행 가능 거리에서 운전자의 작동 패턴 및 외기 온도에 따른 주행 거리 차감값을 감산하여 주행 가능 거리를 연산하는 제2 연산부를 포함할 수 있다.
