The present invention relates to a fluid heating heater and a driving control method of the fluid heating heater. According to the present invention, the driving control method of the fluid heating heater may comprise: a fluid heating heater driving step of driving the fluid heating heater; a fluid flow rate determination step of generating heat in a heating element as the fluid heating heater is driven and determining whether the fluid flow rate is normal through a resistance change value of the heating element; and a fluid heating heater operation decision step of determining whether or not to operate the fluid heating heater according to whether the determined fluid flow rate is normal. According to the present invention, there is an effect of quickly determining whether the fluid flow rate is normal by measuring the resistance change value of the heating element and quickly controlling whether the fluid heating heater is driven in response.

    본 발명은 유체가열 히터 및 유체가열 히터의 구동제어방법에 관한 것으로, 유체가열 히터를 구동하는 유체가열 히터 구동단계와, 상기 유체가열 히터의 구동에 따라 발열체에 열을 발생하고 발열체의 저항 변화값을 통해 유체 유량의 정상여부를 판단하는 유체 유량의 정상여부 판단단계 및, 상기 판단된 유체 유량의 정상여부에 따라 유체가열 히터의 구동여부를 결정하는 유체가열 히터 구동여부 결정단계를 포함하여 구성될 수 있으며, 본 발명에 따르면, 발열체의 저항 변화값 측정을 이용하여 유체 유량의 정상여부를 빠르게 판단하고 그에 대응하여 유체가열 히터의 구동여부를 신속하게 제어하는 효과가 있다.
