According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a wheel bearing which rotatably mounts and supports a wheel of a vehicle on a vehicle body. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the wheel bearing comprises: a wheel hub having a wheel mounting flange; one or more inner rings press-fitted and mounted on an outer circumferential surface of the wheel hub; an outer ring having a vehicle body mounting flange; and a plurality of rolling elements supporting the wheel hub to be relatively rotated with respect to the outer ring. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an accommodation space capable of accommodating a rolling element of a constant velocity joint is provided on an end portion of the vehicle body side of the wheel hub, and a recess formed to be recessed to the outside in a radial direction is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the accommodation space. According to one embodiment of the present invention, recesses are provided in a plurality spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direrction, and an axial length of the recesses can be formed to be equal to or more than 50% of the axial length of the wheel hub.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 차량의 휠을 차체에 회전 가능하게 장착하여 지지하는 휠베어링이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 휠베어링은, 휠장착 플랜지를 구비하는 휠허브와; 휠허브의 외주면에 압입되어 장착되는 하나 이상의 내륜과; 차체측 장착 플랜지를 구비하는 외륜과; 휠허브를 외륜에 대해 상대회전 가능하게 지지하는 복수의 전동체를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 휠허브의 차체측 단부에는 등속조인트의 구름요소를 수용할 수 있는 수용공간이 구비되고, 수용공간의 내주면에는 반경방향 외측으로 함몰되어 형성된 리세스가 구비될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 리세스는 원주방향을 따라 이격되어 복수로 구비되고, 리세스의 축방향 길이는 휠허브의 축방향 길이의 50% 이상이 되도록 형성될 수 있다.
