The present invention relates to a system and a method for charging and paying for an electric vehicle using an electromagnet which automatically activate a payment application for automatically paying for a charging fee using an electromagnet to allow the charging fee to be paid, thereby performing simple payment when paying for the charging fee for an electric vehicle. The method for charging and paying for an electric vehicle using an electromagnet comprises the steps of: determining whether an electric vehicle charging station approaches a user mobile device by using a magnetic sensor; automatically activating a payment application for paying for a charging fee when the electric vehicle charging station approaches the user mobile device; transmitting mobile identification information and vehicle identification information to a charging station charger; authenticating a charging vehicle by comparing the vehicle identification information (ID information) transmitted from the user mobile device by the charging station charger with the vehicle identification ID information acquired through a vehicle beacon; performing pre-payment by using the payment application when the charging vehicle is authenticated; and controlling charging based on the vehicle identification information generated from the vehicle beacon by the charging station charger.

    전자석을 이용하여 자동으로 충전 요금을 결제처리하는 결제 앱(Pay App)을 자동으로 활성화하여 충전 요금이 결제되도록 함으로써, 전기차 충전 요금 결제시 간편 결제가 이루어지도록 한 전자석을 이용한 전기차 충전 결제시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 사용자 모바일에서 자력 센서를 이용하여 전기차 충전소 접근 유무를 판별하여 전기차 충전소 접근일 경우, 충전 요금을 결제하는 결제 앱을 자동으로 활성화하며, 모바일 식별정보 및 자동차 식별정보를 충전소 충전기로 송신하고, 충전소 충전기에서 사용자 모바일로부터 전송된 자동차 식별정보(ID 정보)와 상기 자동차 비콘을 통해 획득한 자동차 식별정보(ID 정보)를 비교하여 충전 차량을 인증하며, 충천 차량의 인증이 이루어지면 결제 앱을 이용하여 선결제를 진행하고, 충전소 충전기에서 자동차 비콘으로부터 발생한 자동차 식별정보를 기초로 충전을 제어하는 과정을 통해, 전자석을 이용한 전기차 충전 결제방법을 구현한다.
