The present invention relates to a roll membrane for maintaining airtightness in an air suspension. The present invention is installed in a canister of an air suspension including a damper having a cylinder and a piston rod, a bellows providing an air chamber to the outside of the damper and absorbing an impact through a volume change, and a canister fixed to an upper portion of the bellows to block an outflow of air inside the air chamber. The air suspension comprises: a rubber body having a passage through which the piston rod passes in the center thereof and elastically deformable; and a fabric sheet closely fixed to one side surface of the rubber body to reinforce the rubber body. An outer engaging portion engaged and fixed to the inside of the canister is formed on a surface opposite to a surface to which the fabric sheet is fixed in an outer portion of the rubber body. An inner engaging portion surrounding the passage and engaged and fixed to the inside of the canister is provided on a surface to which the fabric sheet is fixed in the center of the rubber body. The roll membrane for maintaining airtightness in an air suspension according to the present invention, which is configured as described above, is not damaged due to stress concentration during operation, and does not cause an opening phenomenon of a fabric sheet.

    본 발명은 에어서스펜션 내부 기밀 유지용 롤멤브레인에 관한 것이다. 이는, 실린더와 피스톤로드를 구비하는 댐퍼, 댐퍼 외부에 공기실을 제공하며 체적변화를 통해 충격을 흡수하는 벨로우즈, 벨로우즈의 상부에 고정되는 캐니스터를 포함하는 에어서스펜션의 캐니스터 내에 설치되어, 공기실 내부의 공기의 유출을 차단하는 것으로서, 중앙에 상기 피스톤로드를 통과시키는 통로를 가지고 탄성 변형 가능한 고무바디와; 고무바디의 일측면에 밀착 고정되어 고무바디를 보강하는 패브릭시트를 포함하고, 상기 고무바디 외곽부의, 패브릭시트가 고정된 면의 반대면에는, 캐니스터 내부에 물려 고정되는 외측물림부가 형성되며, 고무바디 중앙의, 패브릭시트가 고정된 면에는, 상기 통로를 둘러싸고 캐니스터 내에 물려 고정되는 내측물림부가 구비된다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 에어서스펜션 내부 기밀 유지용 롤멤브레인은, 작동 중의 응력집중에 따른 손상이 없으며, 패브릭시트의 벌어짐 현상도 발생하지 않는다.
