The present invention relates to a monopropellant thruster assembly for a satellite using an ADN-based monopropellant, which comprises: a thrust valve for opening and closing a supply path for supplying a propellant from a propellant storage tank to a reactor; a reactor including a thermal reactor for heating the supplied propellant and a catalytic reactor for causing a decomposition reaction with a catalytic material; a heater for surrounding and heating an outer circumference of the thermal reactor; a nozzle for discharging gas generated by decomposition in the reactor; and a thermal barrier for structurally connecting the thrust valve and the thermal reactor but blocking heat generated in the thermal reactor. A capillary tube-shaped injector is arranged within the thermal barrier, a metal port is arrayed within the thermal reactor, and a catalyst carrier is arrayed in the catalytic reactor.

    본 발명은 추진제 저장탱크로부터 추진제를 반응기에 공급하는 공급유로를 개폐하는 추력기 밸브; 공급된 추진제를 가열하는 열반응기 및 촉매물질로 분해 반응을 일으키는 촉매 반응기를 포함한 반응기; 상기 열 반응기의 외주면을 감싸 가열하는 히터; 상기 반응기에서 분해되어 발생하는 가스를 배출하는 노즐; 상기 추력기 밸브와 열 반응기를 구조적으로 연결하되 열 반응기에서 발생하는 열을 차단하는 열 배리어; 상기 열 배리어 내에 캐필러리 튜브 형태 분사기 및 상기 열 반응기 내에는 금속구가 배열되고, 촉매 반응기에는 촉매 담지체가 배열된 것을 특징으로 한다.
