The present invention provides a rudder test device comprising: a rudder disposed to be submerged in water; a sensor part disposed at a rear of the rudder and measuring at least one among the resistance, lift, and torque received by the rudder; a rotation driving part disposed at the rear of the rudder and provides a rotation force to adjust a rotation angle of the rudder; and a transmission member, having one side connected to a lower part of the rudder and having the other side connected to the sensor part and the rotation driving part, transmitting the rotation force of the rotation driving part to the rudder and adjusting an angle of the rudder, and transmitting the force received by the rudder by a fluid force to the sensor part.
본 발명은 수중에 잠기도록 배치되는 방향타, 방향타의 후방에 배치되고, 방향타가 받는 저항, 양력 및 토크 중 적어도 하나를 측정하는 센서부, 방향타의 후방에 배치되고, 방향타의 회전 각도를 조정하기 위한 회전력을 제공하는 회전구동부 및 일측이 상기 방향타의 하부에 연결되고, 타측이 센서부 및 회전구동부와 연결되며, 회전구동부의 회전력을 방향타로 전달하여 방향타의 각도를 조정하고, 유체력에 의해 방향타가 받는 힘을 센서부로 전달하는 전달부재를 포함하는 방향타 시험장치를 제공한다.
