A vehicle door inside belt weather strip assembly comprises: a body extended in a curved shape downward from a central portion to both ends; a coupling unit of which an upper portion is inserted into and coupled to a door trim rib, and forming a separation space with the body to form a coupling groove into which an inner panel is inserted; and an inner lip coming in contact with a door glass. According to the present invention, the inside belt weatherstrip assembly for a vehicle door is formed in a curved shape downward from the center to both ends to allow rain or moisture reaching the belt weather strip to flow down to both ends due to a difference in height, thereby effectively preventing moisture or water from penetrating into the vehicle door.
