The present invention provides a mobile body which can reliably perform a motion intended by a user, irrespective of being within or outside an area of communication with a control device. A drone (3) includes: a first communication section (33) which wirelessly connects to a smartphone (1) after the drone (3) has performed autonomous flight to the vicinity of a destination which has been set; a control section (35) which obtains a position of the smartphone (1); and a movement control section (32) which controls the autonomous flight so that the drone (3) moves closer to the position.
