A vehicle is equipped with a hydrogen tank that stores hydrogen, a fuel cell that generates electricity from the hydrogen in the hydrogen tank, a filling device 4 that fills a fuel cell vehicle with the hydrogen stored in the hydrogen tank, and a charger with which electricity generated by the fuel cell is charged to an electric vehicle.
