The present invention provides a vehicular air conditioning system capable of improving the heat exchange rate of a heat exchanger by increasing the heating region of the heat exchanger, and preventing air communication between the left and right flow paths on both sides of a separation plate by securing airtightness between the heat exchanger and the separation plate.The vehicular air conditioning system includes: an air conditioning case; a heat exchanger installed inside the air conditioning case; a separation plate configured to divide the inside of the air conditioning case into a plurality of flow paths and partition the heat exchanger into parts corresponding to the divided flow paths; and a coupling part configured to airtightly combine the separation plate and the heat exchanger to prevent air communication between the flow paths through a gap between the separation plate and the heat exchanger.
