A first structure in which connection strength between an air impermeable layer and a compressed fiber layer is relatively low and a second structure in which connection strength between the air impermeable layer and the compressed fiber layer is higher than the connection strength of the first structure. A vehicular compartment soundproofing structure includes the second structure that has good soundproofing performance in a high frequency band (1000 Hz or higher) and the first structure that has improved soundproofing performance in a middle frequency band with suppressing lowering of insertion loss in the middle frequency band (200 Hz to 630 Hz). Accordingly, the soundproofing performance of a whole vehicular compartment can be improved.
