A system includes: a compressor; a heat-releasing flow path including a heat-releasing member having and an inlet connected to an outlet of the compressor; a heat-absorbing flow path including a throttling apparatus and a heat-absorbing member; and a battery thermal management flow path An inlet of the throttling apparatus is connected or disconnect with an outlet of the heat-releasing member. An outlet of the throttling apparatus is connected to an inlet of the heat-absorbing member, and an outlet of the heat-absorbing member is connected to an inlet of the compressor. The battery thermal management flow path includes a battery throttling apparatus and a battery direct-cooling plate. An inlet of the battery throttling apparatus communicates with the outlet of the compressor or the heat-releasing member. An outlet of the battery throttling apparatus connects to an inlet of the battery direct-cooling plate.
