A thermal conditioning system for a motor vehicle, comprising: a refrigerant circuit comprising: a compressor, a first two-fluid exchanger, arranged on a heat transfer liquid circuit, a first expansion device, a second two-fluid exchanger, a dielectric heat transfer fluid circuit, comprising: a primary loop comprising the second two-fluid exchanger and a third exchanger thermally coupled to a first element of an electric drive train of the vehicle, a first bypass branch comprising a fourth exchanger and a fifth exchanger respectively thermally coupled to a second element and a third element of the drive train, a second bypass branch comprising a sixth exchanger configured to exchange heat with an outside air stream.
