Provided are a battery diagnosis apparatus and a battery diagnosis method. The battery diagnosis apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a data acquisition unit for acquiring a first target full cell profile indicating a correspondence relationship between a capacity factor and a voltage of a target cell while a first electrical stimulus is applied to the target cell; and a control circuit for generating an estimated full cell profile on the basis of the first target full cell profile and an overvoltage profile. The control circuit determines a first performance factor group as a primary estimation result for the charging and discharging performance of the target cell by applying cell diagnosis logic to the estimated full cell profile. If the diagnostic performance of a factor correction model is evaluated as having satisfied a predetermined condition, the control circuit applies the factor correction model to the first performance factor group so as to determine a second performance factor group as a secondary estimation result for the charging and discharging performance of the target cell.

    L'invention concerne un appareil de diagnostic de batterie et un procédé de diagnostic de batterie. L'appareil de diagnostic de batterie selon la présente invention comprend : une unité d'acquisition de données pour acquérir un premier profil complet de cellule cible indiquant une relation de correspondance entre un facteur de capacité et une tension d'une cellule cible lorsqu'un premier stimulus électrique est appliqué à la cellule cible ; et un circuit de commande pour générer un profil de cellule complet estimé sur la base du premier profil complet de cellule cible et d'un profil de surtension. Le circuit de commande détermine un premier groupe de facteurs de performance en tant que résultat d'estimation primaire pour les performances de charge et de décharge de la cellule cible par application d'une logique de diagnostic de cellule au profil de cellule complet estimé. S'il est évalué que la performance de diagnostic d'un modèle de correction de facteur satisfait une condition prédéterminée, le circuit de commande applique le modèle de correction de facteur au premier groupe de facteurs de performance de façon à déterminer un second groupe de facteurs de performance en tant que résultat d'estimation secondaire pour les performances de charge et de décharge de la cellule cible.
