The brake system plays an extremely important role in the take-off and landing phase of the aircraft. Generally, the brake system adopts the form of analog, digital brake-by-wire or mechanical control, and hydraulically or electrically actuated. Modern civil aircraft landing gear mainly adopts the tricycle type layout, and the brake assembly is installed on the main landing gear. Nose landing gear has no brakes. The brake system provides the function of deceleration on ground for the aircraft. With the complexity of brake system function, the architecture design of brake system is more and more difficult. This paper is based on the system architecture design theory of SAE ARP 4754A and MBSE method, and take the positive design concept from top to bottom as the core, which describes the design process of civil aircraft brake system architecture from the perspective of scenario analysis and around the perspective of system function, requirements and safety analysis. It ensures the integrity of scenario analysis of brake system, the correctness and completeness of requirements, the traceability of the architecture design process and the effectiveness of the architecture design source.
