In this paper, we consider the problem of arbitrary electromagnetic field diffraction by two stacked thin dielectric disks. The mathematical model of the problem is based on dual coupled integral equations. The scattering field components are presented in terms of eight unknown functions which are the images of jumps and sums of the limit values of the fields normal components on each disk in Fourier-Hankel transform. A set of dual coupled integral equations for the unknown functions is derived from the Maxwell equation with the corresponding two side boundary conditions and the radiation condition. The dual equations are then reduced to a set of the Fredholm second kind with the favorable features by application of the concepts of the analytical regularization.
