Aiming at the problems of information and intelligence in the development of logistics industry in China, this project plans to build a vehicle-mounted GPs logistics distribution vehicle scheduling object positioning system, and research its data type, content, source and decision-making process. The logistics distribution route planning system is developed by integrating merchant information, warehouse information and vehicle information based on MongoDB database and Leaflet map database. A vehicle dynamic model based on vehicle target location is proposed. It has established three platforms: order platform, control center, distribution platform, merchant, supplier and driver. These include commodity browsing, manifest submission, vehicle scheduling, warehouse selection, service area viewing, nearest facility point query, distribution route planning, route navigation, etc. Finally, the simulation proves that the vehicle routing optimization model based on real-time information can effectively reduce the operating cost of enterprises.
