At present, the fuel cell vehicles have become the focus of the major automobile companies. They hope the fuel cell vehicles will replace the traditional internal combustion engine vehicles in the future, and solve the energy crisis problem and environmental problems. The fuel cell automobile research work has already carried on for a long period of time, although there are still some technical problems, but countries have full confidence in the future of fuel cell vehicles. The current stage of work should be focused on road tests, problems should be found in the actual running, continuously improve and enhance the reliability of fuel cell vehicle. In this paper, some work experiences are introduced, that are got in the fuel cell vehicle road test. As fuel cell vehicle characteristics are different from the traditional internal combustion engine vehicles, fuel cell vehicle reliability also have different characteristics.
