The simulation evaluation of maintenance ergonomics is of great significance for improving maintenance efficiency. The landing gear of the aircraft is related to the smooth take-off and landing of the aircraft, which is the most basic guarantee to ensure the flight safety, so the landing gear maintenance is particularly important. This paper conducts virtual maintenance environment modeling, maintenance process analysis, typical human modeling for the typical task, and evaluates the human- machine design level by human force, metabolism, working posture, upper body movement and working time to improve the operation efficiency of maintenance personnel.
