With the increasing number of people choosing to travel by air in China, the optimization of aviation resources has attracted more and more attention. Many scholars at home and abroad have studied this aspect. However, due to the complexity, uncertainty and other characteristics of flight scheduling, there are still many problems to be solved in the actual flight scheduling. Therefore, based on the improved GA (IGA), this paper conducts a related research on the coordinated optimal scheduling of multi runway flight (MRF). This paper briefly analyzes the coordinated scheduling of inbound and outbound flights and the modeling of inbound and outbound scheduling of MRFs; The IGA is designed and analyzed, and is applied to the DOSM of MRF arrival and departure. Finally, through the comparison of experimental tests, the effectiveness of the IGA for the DOSM of MRF arrival and departure is verified, which provides theoretical support for the simulation of the example of the optimal scheduling method of arrival and departure flights.
