Aiming at the need of an all-wheel-steering mobile robot to walk in farmland, the suspension device of an all-wheel-steering mobile robot is analyzed. First, the mathematical model of the robot quarter suspension is established, the model parameters are optimized and the robot's driving performance on random roads is verified by MATLAB simulation experiments. Then, the effect of the all-wheel steering capability of this robot on the suspension system was explored through MATLAB simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the suspension system with optimized parameters has good driving performance. The all-wheel steering capability of this robot affects the suspension system, which puts forward higher requirements for suspension system optimization and improvement.
