The purpose of this paper is to study optimization algorithms to contribute to real-time management of urban road traffic in the near future. In order to understand how to control congestion caused by drivers with vehicles, we want our algorithm analysis approach to guarantee a remarkable time saving, which is an important notion in optimizing road traffic management. In particular, it is envisaged to study concepts and techniques in the field of modeling and user control of the vehicle. In addition, not to mention their interests in terms of traffic safety, fuel consumption and pollutant emissions.
