Results with 22*22 and 25*26 routers with 2 and 0.8 mm spacings, 0.95 and 0.22 nm FWHMs, 0.012 nm//spl deg/C drift are presented. The feasibility of 158*158, 0.05 nm spacing routers with larger relative spectral width and lower temperature drift is discussed.
