With the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo control system, the requirements for fast response control are increasing, in addition to the requirements for low overshoot. The composite controller design that integrates feedforward control to increase response speed and feedback control to improve response accuracy can realize this requirement, but the control function of low overshoot in this control method is realized by the feedforward controller, which is not only complicated to realize but also sensitive to the parameter changes of the motor. For this reason, this paper proposes an error iterative control strategy to simplify the design and regulation of the feedforward controller on the basis of the composite controller.
